MatSu Metal Works was formed in 2016, in the spirit of entrepreneurship, to offer welding and fabrication services at a reasonable price to the community. MSMW began in a home shop, taking on its first employee part-time in 2020. In 2021, MSMW expanded to a commercial shop and office in Palmer and added full-time employees. 2024 saw the expansion into plasma art and industrial parts.  

MSMW promotes the values of hard work, determination, honesty, and respect with the goal of becoming the foremost trusted provider of welding, fabrication, and plasma services in the Mat Su Borough and beyond.
